ORA-07577: no such user in authorization file
Cause: An attempt was made to set an INTERNAL password (for either DBA or OPER privilege), but the corresponding VMS account (either ORA_lamp;lt;lamp;nbsp;sidlamp;gt;_DBA or ORA_lamp;lt;lamp;nbsp;sidlamp;gt;_OPER) hasn t been created yet.
Action: Add a VMS account for ORA_lamp;lt;lamp;nbsp;sidlamp;gt;_DBA and or or ORA_lamp;lt;lamp;nbsp;sidlamp;gt;_OPER before trying to set a password for them.
