Action: Please use a connect string with a different transport protocol, or specify a loopback connect string (one that points to the instance for the current session) using (PROGRAM=lamp;lt;lamp;nbsp;this instance s ORACLE_HOMElamp;gt; or bin or oracle) and, optionally, (ENVS= ORACLE_SID=lamp;lt;lamp;nbsp;this instance s ORACLE_SIDlamp;gt; ) .
