ORA-22879: cannot use the LOB INDEX clause for partitioned tables

Cause: An attempt was made to specify a LOB INDEX clause in a CREATE TABLE or ALTER TABLE statement for a partitioned table.

Action: Remove the LOB INDEX clause.
